1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EDAiQ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use EDAiQ.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform
  • Copy, distribute, or modify course content without permission
  • Use automated tools to access the platform
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, platform design, and materials are the intellectual property of EDAiQ and its content creators. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (forum posts, quiz responses, assignments). By posting content, you grant EDAiQ a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.

7. AI Assistant Disclaimer

The AI tutor is designed to assist with learning but may occasionally provide inaccurate information. It should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or formal education credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability

EDAiQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
